What We Do
G.L. Prost GeoConsulting specializes in structural evaluations, remote sensing, and public outreach. My geologic consultancy introduces geology to the public, explains what is geology, publishes geology guidebooks and geologic photography, leads field trips and classes; evaluates properties; performs energy and mineral exploration and development; does conventional, heavy oil, and oil sands reservoir modeling; performs basin modeling, reserves calculations, geologic mapping, and remote sensing evaluations.
Geotours for the General Public
I lead geology walks, prepare geologic guidebooks for the interested general public, and provide an introduction to the science of geology for amateurs, high schools, and entry-level university students.
